ORDERS & SHIPPING
How long does it take to process my order?
All orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt and ship Monday through Friday.
Please allow approximately 3 business days for order processing prior to shipping.
When will my domestic order arrive?
Domestic orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days from the ship date. We offer
complimentary shipping on all domestic orders over $300.
Will I receive a tracking number?
Yes — you'll receive an order confirmation email and a separate shipment confirmation
email with your tracking number once your order is on its way.
What if my package is lost or delayed?
Once an order has shipped, Dürby is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Any delivery issues must be resolved directly with the shipping carrier.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
How long does international shipping take?
International orders are shipped via standard or express services. Express shipments
typically arrive within 5–7 business days; economy shipments may take 7–21 business
days depending on destination.
Am I responsible for customs duties and import taxes?
Yes. Any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or related charges assessed by your
destination country are your sole responsibility. These fees are determined by your local
customs authority and are not collected, controlled, or influenced by Dürby or our carriers.
We recommend checking with your country's customs office for details before placing an
order.
What happens if I refuse or return an international order?
If an international order is refused or returned, you are responsible for the original shipping
costs, return shipping costs, and any duties or fees incurred. By law, we cannot alter the
declared value on commercial invoices.
RETURNS & SIZING
What is your return policy?
All sales are final unless an item received has a notable defect. In the case of a defective
item, we must be notified within 3 days of receipt. Should a return be issued, the buyer is
responsible for all return shipping costs.
How do I know what size to order?
Some of our items do not follow standard sizing. Please review the size chart and
measurements carefully before completing your purchase. For further sizing questions,
reach out to us directly before ordering.
What if an item I ordered is out of stock or delayed?
Availability of items is not always guaranteed. If you've ordered something that is
unavailable or will be delayed, we'll notify you via email as soon as possible.
